Thursday, Jan. 22, 2015 - Millennium Bugs play for Newcomers Luncheon at the Atlantis Casino, Reno, Nev. 12:45 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 24, 2015 - I run a Jazz Workshop for middle school and high school students at Carson Middle School. Event is sponsored by the Mile High Jazz Band Assoc. Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2015 - The Mile High Jazz Band, Carson High Jazz Band, and the Carson Middle School Jazz Band participate in the Jazz Extravaganza at the Carson City Community Center.
Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015 - Mile High Jazz Band presents "Jazz Sampler for Sweethearts" at Comma Coffee, Carson City. 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2015 - Zephyrus Brass Quintet plays for a "Fat Tuesday" event at Sierra Place Senior Living Center, Carson City.
Sunday, March 1, 2015 - I conduct the Carson City Symphony in a concert called "The Eight Seasons" at the Carson City Community Center, 4:00 p.m. Featured soloist is violinist Stephanie Sant'Ambrogio playing Vivaldi's "Four Seasons" and Piazzolla's "Four Seasons in Buenos Aires." Poet Rita Geil read poetry associated with both of these pieces. Also on the program is the original wind ensemble version of Ralph Vaughan Williams' "English Folk Song Suite," conducted by Steve Anthenien. Tuesday, March 10, 2015 - The Mile High Jazz Band does a Jazz & Poetry event at Comma Coffee with the theme "Open Windows." 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Saturday, April 11, 2015 - I play tuba with the Carson Valley Pops Orchestra at 7:00 p.m. at the CVIC Hall in Minden, Nev. Tuesday, April 14, 2015 - Mile High Jazz Band performs at Comma Coffee. 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.

on tenor sax, Lee Warner on drums, and me on piano) at the Nevada Governor's
Mansion for a Legislative Reception for National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), from
6:00 to 8:00. (This was Lee's last performance before he died on 5/11/2015.)
Sunday, April 26, 2015 - I conduct the Carson City Symphony in a concert featuring Mozart Concerto for Harp and Flute (with Sally Turk, flute, and Michael Langham, harp), Mozart "Te Deum" (with the Carson City Symphony Chorus), Brahms "Academic Festival Overture," and Grieg "Lyric Suite." Carson City Community Center, 4:00 p.m.
Saturday, May 2, 2015 - I play tuba with the Ruby Mountain Symphony at the Convention Center in Elko, Nev. Concert is at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, May 9, 2015 - I play piano on a little concert that is part of Carson City Symphony's Strings in the Schools' "Harmonica Workshop," 3:00 p.m. at Empire Elementary School, Carson City. Tuesday, May 12, 2015 - Mile High Jazz Band plays at Comma Coffee, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Thursday, May 14, 2014 - The Reno Philharmonic performs a first pair of Young People's Concerts (10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.) at the Pioneer Center for the Performing Arts in Reno. They will perform my arrangement of "Las Chiapanencas." Friday, May 15, 2014 - The Reno Philharmonic performs a second pair of Young People's Concerts (10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.) at the Pioneer Center for the Performing Arts in Reno. They will perform my arrangement of "Las Chiapanencas." Sunday, May 17, 2015 - Zephyrus Brass Quintet plays at Dangberg Home Ranch Historic Park in Minden, Nev., at 5:00 p.m. The performance is part of an event called "Something in the Wind," and will celebrate the Washoe Zephyr with expert kite flyers and a weekend built around all things windy: kite-flying demonstrations, kite making, wind music, wind chimes, wind art, and more. This is a joint project with the Carson Valley Arts Council on May 16-17. It's free for everyone, and is sponsored by Bently Ranch, SoaringNV, Holiday Inn Express, and the Frances C. and William P. Smallwood Foundation. Monday, May 18, 2014 - The Reno Philharmonic performs a second pair of Young People's Concerts (10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.) at the Pioneer Center for the Performing Arts in Reno. They will perform my arrangement of "Las Chiapanencas." Friday, May 22, 201 - Zephyrus Brass Quintet plays for assemblies at Bordewich-Bray Elementary School, starting at 1:35 p.m. They will play a combination of delightful and instructive brass quintet literature. This is the second special appearance of the quintet at the school. Alan Catron, trumpet player with the quintet and music teacher at the school, has arranged to bring the event to the school.

Saturday, July 4, 2015 - I conduct the Carson City Symphony at Mormon Station State Park in Genoa, Nev. 4:30 p.m. Free concert. (Concert was rained out.) Friday, July 10, 2015 - The Reno Pops Orchestra performs my arrangement of "Moondance," featuring vocalist Steven Meyer, at Hawkins Amphitheater in Reno. Concert begins at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 14, 2015 - Mile High Jazz Band plays at Comma Coffee, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, 2015 - Millennium Bugs perform at St. James Infirmary in Reno as Part of Artown. 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, Aug. 8, 2015 - I perform in the Tom Stryker Trio (Tom on harmonica, Hall Little on drum, and me on keyboard) following a showing of the film "Pocket Full of Soul: The Harmonica Documentary Film" in the Brewery Arts Center Performance Hall. Film starts at 7:00 p.m. This is part of the Jazz & Beyond Carson City Music Festival. Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2015 - Millennium Bugs perform at Comma Coffee in Carson City from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. as part of the Jazz & Beyond Carson City Music Festival. Friday, Aug. 14, 2015 - I play tuba in a New Orleans-style band for a memorial service at First United Methodist Church in Carson City. 3:00 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, 2015 - Millennium Bugs perform for the Ice Cream Social at the Foreman-Roberts House Museum for the Carson City Historical Society, 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Event is free, and desserts are available for sale. Friday, Aug. 21, 2015 - Mile High Jazz Band performs "Count Basie 111th Birthday Bash" on the Third Street Stage from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. This is part of the Jazz & Beyond Carson City Music Festival. on Third Street in Carson City as part of the Jazz & Beyond Carson City Music Festival.
Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2015 - Mile High Jazz Band plays at Comma Coffee, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2015 - I lead a trio (Rocky Tatarelli on tenor sax, Neil Strocchio on drums, and me on piano) at the Nevada Governor's Mansion for the Nevada Department of Tourism (visiting dignitaries and travel agents from Brazil) 4:15-5:30 p.m.

Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2015 - Mile High Jazz Band plays at Comma Coffee, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 18, 2015 - I conduct the Carson City Symphony in a concert at the Carson City Community Center, 4:00 p.m. Our soloist is Paul Lenz playing the Hummel Trumpet Concerto. Sibelius' "Finlandia" and Schumann's Symphony No. 3 in E-flat ("Rhenish") are also on the program.
